Each Light By Viktoria Concept is a self-contained world — authored, titled, and complete within the atelier’s canon. Selected kindred creators may be granted permission to realise an existing concept within their own medium — as film, fashion, performance, design, or exhibition — under Viktoria Gruber’s authorship and moral guardianship.
Essence
Concept Realisation Rights (the atelier’s form of Licensing) grant a limited, non-exclusive, one-time permission to produce a single creation interpreting a named Light By Viktoria Concept.
The permission applies solely to the underlying idea-structure of the Concept; the authored text remains wholly reserved and may not be used, quoted, adapted, reproduced, disclosed, or commercially exploited in any form.
All moral rights are asserted; integrity of title, tone, and meaning must be preserved.
Artistic realisers are encouraged to interpret and transmute the Concept into their own creation in accordance with its idea-structure.
Process & Enquiry
Each request is personally reviewed by Viktoria Gruber.
Enquiries are welcome from creators, houses, and institutions whose own language resonates with Ethereal Haute-Art.
To enquire, please write via the Contact Page, introducing yourself, your medium, and your intended realisation.
If alignment is found, a single Letter of Grant Agreement is issued for signature, defining scope, term, and crediting.
Fees & Royalties
Each approved realisation carries a one-time Concept Realisation Fee, determined by the project’s scope and purpose.
In commercial contexts — such as brand collaborations, fashion collections, or broadcast productions — royalties or revenue-sharing terms may be applied by separate clause.
Edition & Credit
Concept Realisation Rights are granted in limited edition; each permission is numbered and archived by the atelier.
